Hulu and Online Movie Betting

By: Arianna Fragiacomo

Hulu will start charging a $9.95 monthly service fee, according to Fast Company and The LA Times, that will begin testing on May 24 for any viewers that wish to watch old episodes of their favorite shows. While the latest five episodes of the television shows will still be available to viewers for free, but if you want to watch anything older you will need to pay the subscription fee.

In conflicting reports made by The Associated Press and Business Week, it is still unclear whether online movie betting will become a household pass time.

Good opening by pointing out where the subscription was reported, along with specifying which episodes will/will not be affected. Context was well organized since it condensed the whole story into something appealing to an on the go reader.

Good paragraph. It gets right to the point on the topic.

I think $9.95 is a bit expensive for a monthly subscription to Hulu. However, the fact that they are allowing the five most recent episodes to be viewed for free makes up for it and I'll most likely continue using the website.

I like that you got straight to the point. I'm surprised I haven't heard of this sooner, since I visit Hulu almost everyday. I will definitley still continue to use this site. It's easy to use and convienant, with very little commercial time.
